The preservatory’s plain ol’ jams are made simply with farm fresh fruit, sugar and lemon juice. Prepared traditionally in small batches and cooked in copper pots, with fresh berries from the fraser valley in b.C.—the same growing region of our family farm—our jams are simply… plain ol’ delicious.
